Update announcement, on Saturday July 7th (07/04/2018) we performed our infrastructure upgrades that affected Clarity Human Services, Clarity Outreach, and Data Analysis applications during our maintenance window.

Please be advised that on Saturday, July 7th (07/07/2018) at 8:00 am PST, there will be scheduled downtime for approximately 4 hours to conduct hardware infrastructure upgrades. We will be using this time to add more capacity to our infrastructure and speed up our overall services.
To ensure uptime and stability of our systems, we are performing this upgrade of our infrastructure outside of standard business hours during an off-peak time.
During this maintenance window, the Clarity Human Services, Clarity Outreach, and Data Analysis applications will be inaccessible and email delivery will be paused. All operations around these systems, including triggering of events, delivery of scheduled emails, and processing of reports will resume immediately after the maintenance window.
