To resolve an issue with dashboard and look queues stuck in the reporting queue, the Looker systems have been restarted. You may have noticed a brief outage while the system recovers.

A new database server has been deployed to replace the crashed server. All systems are operational. We will monitor over the next few hours and marked resolved.

One of our reporting database servers has crashed causing some of our customers to not be able to run reports. We have identified the issue and should have everything in working order within the next 30 minutes.
