Moments ago, some users of Clarity Human Services live and training sites experienced a 20 minute interruption to system access.
Now, the system is operational and we are continuing our active performance monitoring.

Within the past hour, there was a brief impact to access for some users of Clarity Human Services in which some users were not able to access the system. During that time, we took action to restore access to users and that was successful.
Now, Clarity Human Services is operational and we are continuing to closely monitor performance.

Monitoring -
Earlier today, some users experienced 504 Gateway Error Timeout screens when attempting to use Clarity Human Services. The errors appeared for approximately 20 minutes as our teams were investigating and responding to the incident, which began at approximately 10a PT.
Systems have been operational since around 10:20a PT today and we are continuing to monitor performance overnight.
