This morning, Clarity Human Services experienced a temporary service connection error with one of our vendors from approximately 2:19a PDT to 7:49a PDT. When attempting to use the system around that time period this morning, some users of Clarity Human Services experienced and reported the error message "Internal Service Error".

The issue has been analyzed and resolved and all systems are operational. We apologize for any negative impacts to the communities we support.
